Upon arrival, we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. The staff was accommodating and attentive, particularly in the morning, as they ensured our rooms were cleaned and refreshed daily. While we faced challenges with the air conditioning in our rooms, which caused some discomfort for my children, the hotel staff did their best to assist us, and thankfully, we only needed to endure it for one night. Breakfast provided a decent variety, even if it didn't quite meet my tastes, ensuring something for everyone. The hotel's location in Deira proved convenient, with local shops and easy transport options nearby. The terrace swimming pool was small but provided a nice spot for my family to cool off. Despite a few hiccups, Jonrad Hotel is a suitable choice for families seeking a welcoming environment in Dubai.
